Meet Your Team of Experts
We’re Meredith and Sarah—co-owners of Evergreen Supply House
The Evergreen Supply House Story
Some stories are too good to make up, and that’s exactly how Meredith and Sarah’s partnership began—a chance encounter that eventually led to a business partnership and friendship.
They first crossed paths in the waiting room of a Volkswagen service center. Sarah was deep into her floorplans, and Meredith struck up a conversation. Within minutes, they discovered they not only shared a passion for design and construction but also lived just a few miles apart. From that day on, their professional paths intertwined, and so did their friendship.
As they collaborated on projects, they began to envision the kind of place they had always wanted when doing their own remodels. And so the Evergreen Supply House was born—a one-stop shop for materials and guidance, built around the same values that defined their partnership: trust, collaboration, and a whole lot of heart.
Meet Meredith
Construction Queen. Logistics Expert. Project Whisperer.
“We want to serve our individual clients and the broader community by creating the kind of environment we would want to visit to pick remodel materials.”
Meredith’s path to construction wasn’t exactly traditional—it was built on grit, curiosity, and a desire to create. Starting with managing and remodeling her own rental properties in Austin, TX, Meredith quickly earned a reputation for her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to manage complex projects with ease. When she moved to Colorado, she launched True Design Build, where her focus shifted entirely to reimagining homes for her clients.
But Meredith isn’t just about the logistics—she has a natural ability to connect with people. Her value-conscious approach ensures that every project is beautiful, functional, and meaningful—no detail overlooked.
When she’s not leading projects, you’ll find Meredith running the trails at Elk Meadow, watching a lot of WestJeff baseball games, or empowering women through her other business, The Nook, a co-working space housed in the Evergreen Supply House building.
Meet Sarah
Design Whiz. Detail Detective. Kitchen Enthusiast.
“What I love most about this work is giving old homes new chapters and clients a home they can call their own.”
Growing up in Philadelphia, surrounded by historic architecture and timeless design, Sarah developed an eye for beauty and balance at a young age. With a degree in industrial design, she honed her skills in functionality and form while designing products for Calphalon.
This work in product design inspired her love of kitchens. But kitchens weren’t just about design for Sarah—they were about bringing people together. With the mind of an engineer and an eye for design, she launched Buttercup Kitchen and Bath to offer her services to the local community.
Outside of work, Sarah stays busy with her two kids—whether it’s dance parties, puzzles, or competitive Mario Kart races. And when she’s not with her family, you’ll find her kickboxing at a local gym or curling up with a good book.
Meet Amber
Showroom Manager. Design Genie. Mountain Home Enthusiast.
With 20 years of experience in design/construction/showroom management, I've built a career around curating homes and cultivating relationships for the home building industry. Initially, I collaborated with a custom builder outside of Boston who specialized in historic homes, where I came to appreciate the character (and unique challenges) of renovating old homes.
In 2009, the mountains were calling my name, so I relocated to Colorado and immediately knew the foothills were going to become my forever home. Showroom Management was a natural progression of my design management skills, and in the years since, I've cultivated the invaluable art of being the liaison between clients, trade professionals, and design resources. Combining my passion for design with a desire to help others realize their own mountain dreams offers me immeasurable joy and satisfaction.
When I'm not in the showroom, I'm hiking throughout the hills with my dog Mia, journaling my future, and stargazing.
